Meet the Team
John Forbes
John is our founder and principal. After qualifying he spent many years in industry on the client side of the desk. John concentrates on tax planning and advising clients on strategy and business structure, when not enhancing his claim to be the worst joke teller in the profession.He is also a non- Executive director of an International Group attending meetings in in the Far East, various parts of Africa and Russia.
Jill Thomas
Jill has been our personal tax manager for several years and has very wide experience. She enjoys supporting her husband in his hobby of vintage cars, particularly overseas rallies and has broken down across Europe Countries, New Zealand and Australia. Fortunately she also enjoys hiking, preferably Switzerland but if not the Lake District.
Jusbeer Durbarry
Jusbeer is a Chartered Certified Accountant and adrenalin junky who, when not sky diving looks after a portfolio of clients accounts, VAT and Corporate tax affairs. Jusbeer speaks several languages which gives her an unfair advantage when the going gets tough!
Paul Broughall
Paul is an AAT trainee whose interests span football team management to IT.
George Crane
George is a trainee accountant who has gained wide experience in payroll and tax since he joined. He is a keen sportsman and plays Rugby when not in the bar.
Andrew Forbes
Andrew graduated in Business Administration and is now training to be a CA. His interests include travel and table tennis.
Hayley Diment
Hayley runs our administration and keeps everyone under control using the wealth of experience she has attained in dealing with large volumes of clients in previous companies.
